France Between Friends reserves the right to cancel or modify some circuits, as well as schedules, programs and duration of tours without prior notice if the safety and comfort of the clients so require.

About rates and rates:
The prices established on this site and in our information material are valid until March of 2019 and may change due to current economic conditions. All prices are provided in Euros (€) and with all taxes included (TTC).
For the service of car available, there is a increase in the rate / hour between 20h and 7h for being considered night service.
All tours or services provided on special dates such as 24, 25 and 31 in December as well as 01 in January have their premium rates.
All tours that include entrance tickets may have their prices changed depending on our suppliers.
We charge a fee of 5 € for all luggage service in places without elevators.
There will be a 15 € supplement per hotel from the second hotel during a same transfer.
About services and tours:
Upon arrival at the airports and train stations, the guide will be waiting outside the luggage room or train platform with a sign written "YOUR FAMILY NAME". In case of mismatch, please stay in the luggage room at the arrivals terminal or at the exit of your landing platform at the train station. We also ask that the customer contact the company's emergency number + 33 (0) 6 64 54 59 01.
In the event of a delay due to lost luggage or customs problems, we ask that the customer contact the guide who is waiting at the baggage check-out or telephone our emergency number immediately 00 33 0 6 64 54 59 . Otherwise the service can be considered NO SHOW.
France Among Friends is not responsible for personal belongings and forgotten luggage in the vehicles and / or hall of airports and hotels.
The tours include transportation by car or van with driver guide, internet access and mineral water. The prices include all the benefits quoted in the descriptions of each tour.
We ask passengers to respect the meeting or return times communicated by the guides at each stop, out of respect for all participants (in case of group tours) and the start and end time of the tour.
For evening walks with dinner (Bateaux Parisiens, Eiffel Tower and Cabarets) a social attire is required (it is forbidden to carry tennis).
France Entre Amigos is not responsible for any weather caused by weather conditions, accidents, strikes and delays.
France Entre Amigos is not responsible for other service providers.

We will be waiting for the customer on their arrival even though airline delays occur. However, if the customer has his or her modified flight or train number, we must be informed. If the customer does not find a sign saying "YOUR FAMILY NAME" on the passengers' departure after baggage retrieval, we should be informed on the company's emergency number + 33 0 6 64 54 59 01 to clarify the reason for our absence . Then, if we do not arrive in 30 minutes, the amount paid will be refunded and we will offer the free transfer for a free transfer.

For any service booked through an agency, we will ask for a VOUCHER from the agency where the service information (name of customer, date, time, number of people, type of service, form of payment and name of agent confirming reservation) .
For any service booked directly with France Entre Amigos, we will request the confirmation document sent by our team with all the information regarding the service (customer name, date, time, number of people, type of service, form of payment and name of agent who confirmed the reservation)About modifications and cancellations:
All cancellations must be made in writing (during working days) or must be communicated to our emergency telephone number (on weekends and public holidays) respecting the 48h deadline before the service is performed. If this period is not respected:
· The customer will pay 50% of the service value for a cancellation between 48h and 24h of the service.
· The customer will pay 100% of the service value for any cancellation with less than 24h of the service.
Modifications are subject to availability and penalties (see cancellation conditions) if made with less than 48h of the date of the service. To cancel, it is important that we provide the following information: customer name, service name, date of service, location of residence in Paris and telephone for immediate contact. Otherwise the service will be fully billed and considered as NO SHOW.
If the client does not present himself at the scheduled time, the service will be considered NO SHOW
Waiting times before each service:
· Arrival transfer at Paris airport: 1h from the time of flight arrival.
· Arrival transfer at train stations: 30 minutes from train arrival
· Transfer from any hotel: 15 minutes from the scheduled time
· Tours and excursions: 15 minutes from the scheduled timeDelays and Flight Cancellations
In the event of prior notice from the client of less than 12h of the service rendering, there will be individual study of each case for reconfirmation and possible additional costs. Reconfirmation depends on our availability.
If there is no prior notice the penalty will be 50% to 100% depending on the service.
About the forms of payment:

To confirm and secure your reservation, we require a credit card number along with your expiration date, 3 cryptograms, the cardholder's name and a copy of your ID card. We debit 48h before performing the service.
- Bank remittance: The consignment must be in our bank account 10 days before the date of service delivery. The transferred amount must be equal to the value of the invoice, otherwise we are obliged to charge the reference rates for the transfer.
