Itinerary South West French

Pleasant temperatures and great diversity of landscapes and traditions are represented in the French southwest, strongly influenced by its proximity to Spain. The Pyrenean mountain range, covered by eternal snow, separates these two countries. To the west, the popular beaches of its Atlantic coast, like those of the city of Biarritz, are famous for great waves and championships of surf and young goers. Throughout the territory, natural parks preserve caves with transparent lakes open to visitors and a lush vegetation.

The possibilities of itinerary are varied, the destinations reserve options for all tastes and pockets, alternating historical monuments and natural beauties. Beautiful summer houses in typical architecture, overlooking the sea or the mountain, seduce everyone. How about a stroll through Toulouse and its bridges, or join the thousands of pilgrims passing through the shrine of Our Lady of Lourdes, or even discover the region of Bordeaux, known for its excellent wineries and gastronomic tours? There is also the Basque area, which preserves its language and its gastronomic and cultural traditions. Bullfights, summer music festivals such as the Bayonne Feast, make a lively reputation for the venue, complemented by the good table and the relaxed atmosphere. Some of the regional dishes have gained international fame, such as canellé, cinnamon-based dessert, cassoulet, feijoada with white beans, foie gras or Bayonne ham.
